kyoen: international artists inspired by kyoto

Kyoto Journal and sponsors organized an exhibition of 25 artists whose work has been inspired by the city of Kyoto. The exhibition was showcased over three weeks in February 2020 at The Terminal, a machiya-turned-gallery in the heart of the city. Photos are from the exhibition’s set up and opening night. More are featured in an online retrospective of the event.
